Hi all I’ve just seen a video on you tube that shows a pair of front forks for this model that are made from metal making the front forks look more realistic, can anyone throw any light on this as I’ve just ordered the kit and the supplied forks do look a bit naff. Do these metal forks come later in the model pics below of the said metal forks 👍🏻😀🍻🇬🇧 Have a break then carry on its always the trying ones that come out best! keep on modelling its my hobby .

Hi, The front forks are metallic finish on the lower part but painted in the upper, but they sure are metal and heavy. Alec alemo attached the following image(s): Built: Bluenose, Arab Dhow, HMS Bounty, Hummer H1, D51, Spitfire,E type Jaguar. In Progress: HMS Victory, , Yamaha YZR-M1
Adapt, improvise, overcome.

The model ones do not look like the real one the paint finish is wrong the ones you showed are the correct colour shame you cannot find out who made them or painted them.
I am also looking for photo etched brake discs as they do not look right on the model either the rest of the model looks correct though just those 2 items i dont like.
