I actually paid up front for this kit for the test parts, but it never materialised.
Will it ever be released?

How did you do that? The GT is my holy grail kit after seeing the Amalgam kit up close.Altayas version looks great.

Well that sucks.I just checked some of the french forums to see if it was going to be released. The consensus seemed to be the Mustang and the Fast and Furious cars beat out the GT in the market test. We can still dream though!!

Not trying to be funny or argumentative, but the Mustang and the 'Fast and crappiest' cars are NOTHING compared to the GT40... What happened???

The truth of the matter is this the GT40 is a petrol head/race fan car and the other two have been in the main stream public eye either by film, TV or adverts keeping it in the public eye.

So if a test or an online survey is done of the general public will go for what they know hence the winners in France so ignorance won out here I think.

The sad thing is the car that made a mark in history is quickly forgoten by the general public or just remains a great in the few who know its history
Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .
