Hi fellow builders
Taken the plunge and decided to start a diary of my humble Victory. There have been many challenges along the way including bashing a number of errors. Rib 31 too high, middel gun ports in the wrong place. So plenty of kit bashing. However being part of the forum has given me the courage and opportunity to learn so much and to correct so much. I actually learnt to read the instructionsBlushing properly and a number of times. So thank you all so much to my fellow builders that are way ahead of me. I will be posting pictures as soon as I figure it out.ConfusedConfused Will be reading all the relevent posts first.

Thanks Karl and Tom
Thanks for the cpmpliments. I will probably go the "natural" stained look. I love the look of the wood finish and also "show off" a little of work I've put in.BigGrin

Hi all, a few more things done. I decided to stain and not paint of tile. For the wales I used an Imbuia deck varnish and the hull, teak deck varnish. A few canons were put together and the anchors with a little building licence. I am redoing the deck as I was not happy with the result.
