Hi there everybody :)

I just recently started this build as EM's BTTF DeLorean is closing in to the end.
Unfortunatly R2-D2 is NOT officialy available over here in Austria.

I started to pick up a big bundle from anothet UK builder, who stopped collecting the parts, for a real nice deal. So I am ready to go from #1 - 41, with only #37 missing.
Does anyone here offer another big bundle, where I could continue from #42 onwards ?
Unfortunatly, I am not able to buy them from the DA shop, as I am not allowed to have them delivered to Austria ????
I also don't want to get a subscription, or stick to ebay. prices there are horror. up to 4 times of the issue price plus shipping ? no way

Please help me getting the remaining issues, you are my only hope :)

PM me with any offers you come up with

You need to post this in the DeLorean forums, not R2D2.

No, he is in the right place, since he is asking for help sourcing R2-D2 parts.

I would haunt eBay. There are a lot of folks who are offloading their incomplete builds. Another option is that you find some kind soul in the UK who would be willing to receive a subscription for you, and repost them to you in Austria.

HTH!

You may want to consider a parcel forwarding service. If you can source the needed issues in the shop then the service will buy them for you. They’ll get shipped to the forwarder and then to you. It’s costs somewhat but it’s an alternative that I’ve used in the past to get things that otherwise aren’t available domestically.
