I have started on the structures now, cutting of the plastic and replacing with PE. Also adding some steps where they are meant to be.

That is coming on so well.

That brass etch set really adds to this model with some very nicely detailed parts. Think this is one of those times were the brass additions really do have a value.

Here are the latest pictures. Boy is this hard and fiddly . I added chain for the Chain. I also added the railings and then painted the assembly which was stressful.

That is some very neat work on getting those railings in place.

Could i ask pleaee what do you use for your rust marks? So many different products about it gets consusing to know what is best to use.

The rust is from AK - Rust streaking. They also do a little YouTube video showing how to use it. Very good stuff. It's enamel based aswell.
