Hi Graycbr
Have you spoken to customer services about this? You’re better off ringing them than email.
The official builds have been put on hold for a while. Hopefully MS can get this sorted so it can proceed soon

Regards Gray

I have noticed the website is now selling the bike at a 25% discount now.

Will this be passed on to current subscribers?

If they are not going to supply the rest of the bike I would presume that they will be providing a full refund to those that are stuck 1/3rd of the way through the build ?

Regards

Sorry Paul but don’t think it quite works like that.
I can’t see that offer, the only offer available that I see is first pack for £5.99 with second pack for £19.98.
Is this an offer specific to your region ?

Regards
Gray

I can't find the offer now.... maybe I was seeing things incorrectly .
I have emailed customer service regarding what is happening with the build packs.
Just waiting on a reply now.

I have Emailed them three times so far and apparently the new pack is a few weeks away. Sounds good but its been a recurring few weeks for 3 months now.

This is no way to treat customers, at the very least deserve an explanation and an honest timescale.

Not sure if I want to continue or if I am in too deep to stop.

it's to do with the way the engine parts fit onto the chassis. it's being changed, hence the delay. Germany did a test run and we are the FIRST to get this kit LIVE. We are essentially guinea pigs. They (Model-Space) keep getting told by Germany that it's coming soon and each follow up is the same response.

If that's come from DA, then it's good that someone has been told something regarding the reason behind the delay!

Stock issues can occur for many reasons, however “being guinea pigs” is NOT one of them. Rest assured, you are not getting a kin that is being designed on the fly.

Doesn't explain why the 3 month delay. If it's a 'one off', then agreed, but when it's happening across numerous kits...well you can understand the worry.

But this model has already been published way earlier than UK through newsagents in Spain (almost finished), Italy (almost finished) and France (we are halfway, around issue 38-39).

I'm already collecting this model from France (I received yesterday issues 36-37-38-39), I never experienced a single delay in monthly shipments.

Hi guys,

I absolutely understand the worries, and frustrations! While I know this is an oft heard line, please be patient for a bit longer. I’ll hopefully have an answer I can post to you in the next day or so. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY GET YOUR PARTS!

I’m sorry I can’t be more specific today, but I will have a solid answer very soon.

I do not know where you get your information from. I am not aware of any problems with mounting the engine on the chassis in delivery 8. In DE I do the official construction of the Rossi bike. Meanwhile, we have the delivery 14 with the construction phases 55- 58 installed, and this so far without problems

Hi all,

So whats the word with this build ?

After my third email to support they finally replied with its only a few weeks away now. However, that was a few weeks ago too !!

I tried inboxing 'Tomick' but no reply surprise surprise.

This is my first build and am not too happy about proceedings so far.

Hello there.

I'll look into it today and see what the situation with deliveries is at present.
There has been a lot of restructuring recently and things are looking very good for the future.

Regarding Tomick, he is no longer active on the forum.

Roy.

Is there any update on delivery of packs. I should have Pack 8, 3 months ago and still nothing. And CS have told me even when stock arrives I'll still only get one pack a month, they won't send out the backdated packs to catch up. I'm getting really Puted of with this situation now!

As soon as I get a response I'll post an update.

Just an update so folks don't think it's forgotten.
It's being looked into at a high level and hopefully we'll get a nice answer shortly.

Its great that its being looked into, but its just words.
I have invested quite a bit of money into a monthly scheme that has just stopped. If I quit will I loose the money I have already spent, or will they refund it. At what point have they broken the contract with us.
Just give us a realistic date for the deliveries and an explanation of what is going on.

IMHO, administrators/mods of this forum are not the official reps of DeAg but they may have more direct access to the company's CS or managers and they are willing to offer support/help to other forum members.
So, perhaps the expectation is wishing one more influential voice is going to help but at the end of the day it's still up to DeAg?
