Given the comments that have been made recently about availability of back-ordered parts and kits not turning up, I am getting a bit jittery about what to do with HMS Victory once I finish it. Is there a specific display stand available for this kit and if so, is there a shortage of these or can I get one now, please?

£31.49 on sale in the shop so guessing they would not reduce and offer for sale if it was not in stock.

Guess you could phone them just to make 100% sure.

Thanks Tony,
I jumped the gun a bit actually because just after I posted my query, I looked again o the website and saw them for sale. They have reduced the price as well by the look of the advert. Anyway, as i mentioned, rather than run into trouble later on, I have ordered one now. Safe rather than sorry.

Certainly best to have it on hand for when you do need it. Some of these builds can take an age and who knows what may or may not be available at that time.

I agree Tony. There seems to be too much uncertainty around continuation of supplies.
For that reason, I ordered the stand and, much to many other modellers chagrin from what I have understood, the stand arrived this morning. It’s going to be a long time before I will need it but at least I have got it.
Lets hope that kit parts supplies improve in the near future and we can get back to talking about modelling.
Have a good weekend.

Glad it all turned up ok.

good choice getting it now so you can store it away for when you need it.
