Since everyone in Italy is on holiday, Iâm afraid I canât get an answer for you until the end of the month. Have you called CS about your sub?
It was my understanding, as I posted in the delivery updates section, that ALL deliveries were resuming for the Rossi build.

Hi Markyboy I can understand your frustration. The email i received yesterday states that new stock is due tomorrow, but how many is anyone's guess . I assume they will fill the orders on an 'oldest first' policy. Everyone WILL get theirs, and once they do we should hopefully be back to normal delivery times (fingers crossed).
Regards Gray

Hi CaptnBirdseye and Kapclo15
Thanks for your replies, and yes it is indeed mega frustrating for all of us!. What is even more interesting now is that CS inform me that the orders will ship out from europe (presumably Italy?) as soon as they arrive (apparently tomorrow, ha ha), yet admin has said that Italy are all on holiday until the end of the month, so does that mean that DeAg is in shut down currently?.
Personally, I dont believe a word I am hearing now, but DeAg really need to sort this mess out as they must be loosing customers hand over fist for any futire builds, I for one have been a loyal customer and spent a lot of money with them, but this has done it for me. If we were just told the truth and a realistic expectation it would be nice, but I am just hearing the same old cr*p time after time now, grrrrr!!
Think you can sense my frustration :-)

As subscriptions are handled by 3rd party distributors, surely you can understand that while the DeAgostini office personnel may have gone on holiday, your delivery might still go out. I cannot speak towards the entire population of Italy having gone on holiday, but I do know that the people in the office that provide me with info ARE indeed on holiday. If youâll note, in the section titled âInventory updatesâ I clearly state that older back orders are being serviced first, with another shipment going out soon after. This section was created to provide accurate info, so as to avoid spurious speculation that has no foundation in fact.
I fully understand your frustrations, however I simply cannot provide an answer to you at this point. I might suggest that if a delivery to you is showing as pending, that you actually wait to see if it arrives. If not, then there is indeed a problem.
As a side note, your other two posts were deleted, as they were not posted in the appropriate place, âmoans, groans, gripes, and complaints.â Should you wish to repost them in the correct place, please do so, however utmost civility is the only discourse that will be tolerated.

Hi Mark Adams
I canât understand as I am not privelage to the info on who distributes and where from for DeAg, other than what I have determined from info I have been given or seen on the forum. I did blow my top on here today for good reason, DeAg have badly treated itâs customers on this, loyal ones that have spent a lot of money on this and other builds. As far as waiting goes, thatâs all I have been doing for weeks and weeks, and with the same âit will be out this week or early nextâ comment, only to receive nothing. I hope you can understand everyoneâs frustration on here and pass all of this on to DeAgostini, as they should be aware of the damage they have done to their customer base over this, for no reason other than poor communication. As I said, a real shame as the models are really great, and if CS and admin are facing the same issues as us customers in getting the correct info out of DeAg, then what chance do we all have with getting the right reliable info.
Just as a note, I did subscribe to this Rossi Build almost immediately when it was released in the uk, so I would be surprised if I was not one of the first subscribers for receiving stock on back orders?. Also, why are DeAg being so inflexible over sending out other issues whilst they await stock of pack 8, that would at least help to prevent us getting so behind, now 4 months. Anyway, enough said, I think you understand why we are all so frustrated and I hope DeAgostini do also, and maybe if they did a little something to compensate everyone for this hassle on pack 8 it might help to rebuild some faith?..
Regards
Mark.

Pack 8 is now received, hooooray!. Hopefully now it will all be to plan and we can all look foward to completing our builds over the next year or so. As I have previously said, the models are excellent and cannot really be faulted, just a shame that the comms from DeAgostini caused so much unnecessary frustration on this one. Anyway, thanks for sorting in the end, looking foward to continuing the build...
