I loved that TV series... Maybe a bit limited as a kit but I'd be happy to see it.

Can't see it having a big enough market or following to make it viable. The development costs would likely outweigh any potential profit to be made....

There has been kits out there out there for a few years now of the Seaview and the mini flying sub with etch, lighting kits . So that cuts down the interest for a part work. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

While there are definitely practical profits to be considered, if you take a large scale Seaview, add radio control and place a camera in the nose, you would have a unique tribute to the exploration the Seaview embarked on. Consistent with the likes of the Huracán or Hummer H1, this is right in Diagastini's sweet spot. Something to consider.... Kit builder fanatic! Awaiting arrival: Jaguar E-Type and Suzuki GSX 1300R Hayabusa Received: Lamborghini Countach 500S - build in progress; Shelby Mustang GT-500 build on hold need Pack 9

Now that could be fun LowOctave, just as long as we can operate it in seawater, specially if we can record what is picked up by the camera.
