I had to pause my MF sub last year due to redundancy, I called and spoke to someone back in July 2019 to restart it and gave updated payment details. Since then I have had nothing delivered, heard nothing and any attempt to contact customer service via email or telephone has failed. I did get one email reply stating that I would receive something in October but nothing. Getting seriously frustrated with this now, shocking lack of respect for the customer by this company.
