MF - Missing parts starting to feel ripped off Options

I've been working my way through this build and I've discovered some parts missing from issue 38, more accurately I have an additional part but missing another.

I've tried every which way to contact customer support but it seems none existent. They don't reply to emails (unless it's for the X-Wing), and they don't answer the support number (unless it's for the X-Wing).

Essentially it seems they're not interested in supporting past subscriptions.

I've spent a lot of money on this, like I'm sure many of you have, through the subscription and I have all issues I believe without going through every single one of them, I was happy just working through them.

Where do I go from here?

It's more reassuring to see this process is available to us.

I wasn't aware of this process hence my post was moved from the Millennium Falcon build area.
