Been 4 weeks. Been charged. Weekly calls to customer service reveals nothing. They say will call back in 1-2 business days, they never do. Called today, said they will “escalate” issue. You think that would of been done at the first call. I will give 1 more week before I cancel. Very frustrating. No issue with my Soleil Royal. That was a good experience.
