Thanks to everyone for their kind comments.
Time to fit the body panels over the chassis. I'll complete the body but will display this one with a lot of the innards showing

Got the bodywork pretty much sorted. Exhaust system painted and located. The body panels have required very little work to get ready for finishing.

Syperb.Those resin parts are really nice.How as the fit.I know sometimes the MFH body panels give people a lot of trouble with the fit.

Thanks Carl. The panels have been pretty good so far. A small amount of cleaning and the fit seems to work. The die cast undertray will need a bit of adjustment to get the rear body section positioned over the fuel tank.

Next "Mini-project" the nose grill. All from PE and the difficult part is getting started with everything "square" despite the curves and angles. I made a simple jig to hold two crosspieces and started in the centre.

A central cast piece keys into the PE parts and provides a good datum to work with. With all crosspieces in place the fit into the nose can be checked. I'm using a tiny drop of CA to bond the parts.RM1 attached the following image(s):

My thought on that little challenging bit had been to use Legos to creat the square. I’ll be using solder though. I’ve found a great 70c low melt solder that I get from your side. I mostly use it for the white metal it I’m starting to use it on the stainless as well.
I rather like your method better. It would be a lot easier to square that bit of WM first.

Mark Hi Mark, I've seen some of the guys using a low temp' solder on WM. It's something I've been pondering on for a while. Would you be able to let me have the detail of what you use ( you say it's from this part of the world? ) plus a recommendation on a suitable temp' controlled Iron. Many thanks for commenting on the build.
