Hi all, I’ve managed to get hold of 3 Pocher kits Rolls Royce, Mercedes and an Alfa. The Rolls and Merc are already built and will need a strip down and rebuild and some new parts, the Alfa is in bits and I’m sure it’s missing bits. The question I have is two fold, 1st does anyone have the manuals for these I now I can download these but looking at the download version they don’t look complete. 2nd the Paul koo dvd is it worth the £40 that they seam to go for or does anyone have a copy they don’t want anymore. I second Marvins website modelmotorcars.They also have build guides on CDs that are cheaper than the Koos ones.The Koos ones are very good and definitely worth the money-Just to help you avoid the MANY frustrations that are inherent in building Pocher cars.

Cheers Tony, I did look there but it must just be the way the manuals are done they just seam to jump about and the last page showed the model still in bits  I'm just to use to plastic kits  I've just finished the pocher Ferrari Testorossa, but waiting for better weather so I can get some photos outside. Agree on the weather - its just so dark. We used to get some cold winters but bright days, this year just seems to have been day after day of darkness. Pochers instructions are probably the WORST cat kit instructions ever.They are really hard to follow and in many cases the order of construction causes headaches.The CD guides are essential for the trickier Pochers like the Rolls and the Alfas.

Paul Koos instructions are worth every penny. He put a LOT of effort and thoughts into these and they are immensely helpful.

Hi guys I have another question. Just regarding the wheels, I'm going to have to rebuild these as there falling apart and one is in bits. I don't have the jig for these so I was wondering if anyone has one and could post some photos so I can see if I can make one using one of the prebuilt wheels as a reverse jig. Apparently the Pocher wire wheels are a nightmare to assemble.The fit isnt great and the jig never worked well.Modelmotorcars makes a resin set oh wheels so you dont have to stack all those plastics rings

Hi Carl, Yes I've seen modelmotorcars but at £40 each for the Alfa and £45 each for the rolls that's £240 + £225 total £465 plus you still need to use the pocher wheel jig in order to build them. I'm happy with how the pocher wheels look but just need to rebuild them, if I can't make a jig then I'll buy a set from eBay. I have the Pocher sedanca kit.I am not sure if the jig is the same for each car, but I can take a look at that and 3d design one and email you the .stl if you like. I am sure it is a pretty simple design.

So I've finally managed to work out what I believe is missing from the Alfa, unfortunately it's a lot and not sure if it will be worth looking for the parts but I'll keep thinking about it. I've contacted both pocher.net and paul koo about the bits, pocher.net recon it will cost more to get the missing bits then to buy a complete kit.
