Has anyone tallied the number of individual pieces that come to us in the full millennium falcon kit?
I am curious as to how many parts I'm going to be touching while I'm assembling the monstrosity.

A couple weeks after I finished my Falcon, I sat down and did a count using the images off the back cover of the magazines. I came up with approximately 2600, which includes screws. I can't remember if I adjusted that figure for unused screws or not, but it still adds up to a lot of pieces.
