Hi managed to get the 10 Road wheels no 1 done, the fit on putting the 2 half's together was way to tight.so did them this way glue outer part on first side this has a bit of play on location but needs to be bang on central, use the other half to line it up,but this needs scraping with a knife on outside of location all way around to get lighter press fit, don't forget to put polycap in, so there bit of pain to do,take your time and don't try to force them together as they are you will just split the location, the joys of modelling eh. Penny on one to give idea of scale. Cheers mick BigGrin

Hi thanks to all who looked in and left comments much appreciated
Bit more done on this. All the wheels bin put together, all ejector marks bin filled in, side plates added and suspension all built up, the holes in the side plates are where I have removed the episcope boxes as trumpeter used king tiger lower hull parts and there in the wrong place for a jagdtiger, also a fuse box bin removed as this is not fitted in a jagdtiger. These holes need filling in yet, then scratch build new episcope holders and put them in the right places. Cheers mick. BigGrin

Mick

Off to a good start with this one.

Very interesting as i did not realise these kits had so much detail such as all those torsion bar elements.

That will keep you busy with so many parts to paint.

Hope it continues well.

Tony
