I have looked at it that picture like 50 times.
I attached a piece to the bottom of the piece of plastic but it did't fix anything. Did you have a chance to look at my pictures?

You second picture is where the tab needs to go. I see you used a foam tab, it will have to be a 1mm piece of plastic. When you piece together the wings, you will see that the tab will connect with the micro switch which cuts the power to the motor stopping it overrunning. Just make sure the tab makes contact. Also make sure the cogs fit as shown in the picture below.

Thank you - After a few tries and cutting down some plastic I was able to get the wings to open and close. YAY!!!
