Hi all, Just thought I would share the free storage system that I use for my McLaren parts and other modelling uses. My good lady wife uses those soluble plastic washing capsules that come in some very neat plastic tubs with resealable lids. They come in two sizes and if you open the lids they can be stacked inside each other when empty to save space. All I do is wrap the parts in ample bubble wrap so that they don't rattle around and get damaged, pop them in the box and click the lid shut - very safe and secure and you can label the boxes for quick access to the part needed. The larger ones are big enough to take a fully assembled front or rear wing on the McLaren and I also use them to store my modelling clamps and other tools. If your wife doesn't use the soluble capsules for her washing then maybe you could politely suggest that they are a good idea and that she should try them - but make sure she doesn't throw away the boxes !! Hope you find them useful ?? Kev

I use the plastic lunch boxes from asda. They come in many different sizes, but there is a large 1 which I've got most of the parts stored in. Plus there mega cheap

Great idea! I use old Chinese takeaway boxes for the smaller parts, and the front and rear wings are stored on a shelf underneath my tv.
