what in the world is going on at Deagostini my money has been taken out of the bank pack 12 was due for delivery to me Monday of last week then i get an e mail asking for my delivery address i send a reply then i get another mail telling me they dont deal with that part of the business there,this has been going on for far to long now and i find it has got to the stage where i am considering cutting my losses and giving up on them so thats 400 odd quid down the drain and i am sure this will be my last deal with them

thanks Roy already done 4 or 5 times one dept just pass it on to another dept wouldnt like to say what i think about it
