Just a general question really and that is for anyone that pays for your subs via Paypal have you had any problems?

Had an email from model-space this morning saying my latest lambo had failed and i need to provide payment details again.

Having had my bank account hacked on 2 occasions i use paypal for all purchases such as this.

My bank account has ample funds and never gets any place close to RED.

AND HAVING SPOKEN TO PAYPAL THIS MORNING THEY CONFIRM NO ISSUES WITH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

Regular payments have gone through month after month for 3 model space builds so at a loss to understand.

Bank card has not expired either.

Model space want me to give them my payment details even though i suggested they submit another payment request to paypal were the payment settings sit and have not been changed.

Just wondered if anyone else was experiencing similar?

Tony

Hi Tony, I'd suggest calling CS asking them to confirm they sent the email and to ensure it isn't a scam email where someone is trying to get your paypal details....

Regards

Alan
