Hello everybody,

Here I would like to introduce you to one of my projects that I have been planning and building for a year now.

I build one of our company cars as an RC model.

A brother had to use Sprinter (toys) for this. I completely disassembled and cut it, because I only need the driver's cabin.
Next, I had 3D axes made and equipped them with four small geared motors. The cargo hold is a resin cast from Greencast from the Netherlands.
I then cut the load space until the cabin fit well and then screwed the two together.
Then it started ... fill and sand ... until everything fit.

In the spring I could finally start painting.
Then the rear lamps were cast and LEDs were inserted and soldered directly. Now the rear axle was also installed and the vehicle was partially assembled again. Lights and indicators were now also used in the front of the headlights. The rims are also 3D printed and the tires are from Fischer Technik. The first stickers are on, the others were measured last week.

Sequel follows...

That's a great project. Hard to imagine it began as a toy.
Looking brilliant. Be good to see a video clip of it actually moving at the end.
