Apart from the painting and adding in the receiver and battery pack, the truck is done. Trailer and container still need some work on them.

Nice job Anthony, looks fantastic and looking forward to seeing it finished with the trailer attached. Will you be posting a video of it in action at the end of your diary? That would be cool! Drool ThumpUp

I hope to do a video of it running. I will get the radio system and battery once I have the cruise I am hopefully going on in December paid off.

That looks great Anthony. Look forward to seeing the video.

Out of interest, what is the cruise?
We had 2 booked last year and both were cancelled due to Covid. Now got another booked for August all being well.

Looks great. Do you use Cunard a lot?
We only ever use them now after a grotty cruise with P&O.

Ours were April '20, 15 nights Queen Elizabeth W. Coast Africa and August Queen Mary transatlantic with NY stay of 5 nights.
A real pain they were cancelled.
This August is Queen Victoria, Fjords... Hope it all happens this time round.

This will be my second cruise with Cunard, 1st one was the iconic trans Atlantic crossing from New York to Southampton on the Queen Mary 2 back in 2019.

Previous cruise to that was on the Holland America Line ship MS Noordam from Sydney to Vancouver on a repositioning cruise, (which was the start of my round the world holiday in 2019 - pre covid).

Trailer is in the garage now, so I will get the wiring soldered together. I have also been thinking of adding some extra lights to the trailer itself.

This is going to be super impressive when complete especially with all of the added lighting on the trailer that you're contemplating.

Sounds like a great idea Anthony. Cool ThumpUp

Finally the wiring is all done for the legs on the trailer. Still need to work out how to do the reversing lights on the trailer.

Nice tidy work on that wiring Anthony, looking good and moving ever closer to the finished model with each update. Keep up the good work, I'll be following this all of the way.

Well done. Cool ThumpUp
