As most of you know, I’m happy to try and help resolve delivery issues. This mostly consists of me emailing the appropriate people within the DeAgostini hierarchy, as I have zero direct control over any issues you might be facing.
When you PM me with an issue, PLEASE INCLUDE BASIC INFORMATION!
Things like Name, address, and Subscription number will GREATLY speed up the process.
I know that things can get very frustrating. We ALL face the same delays, and every member of the Forum Support Team is also a customer, and understands the frustrations. So, with that in mind, Please be aware that under no circumstances will I, or the FST tolerate abuse, rudeness, or other ill behavior.
