Has anyone got any recommendations for additional LED lighting kits for the Falcon?
I’ve found these from Captain Jacks Models, but can anyone suggest any better?

Hi Gray

I get my LED’s from here.

https://store.brightcomponents.c...k/product-category/leds/

You can get them flashing, flickering, multi coloured and ready made up with resistors to work with 9 -12v. I used them for my Falcon as I have with a lot of other of my models. You may need some extra cable to extend some of them, depending where you place them. As long as you don’t mind making the lighting kit yourself, all you will need is a junction box to attach them to and power it either by battery or 9 - 12volt mains adapter. Don’t forget to keep them separate from the supplied board though.

BigGrin Thanks Mark, having read you build diary I should have thought to ask you anyway.
Hands up, I have to admit I’ve never had anything to do with electrics before (ok I’ve changed a light bulb, but that’s about it BigGrin ). That’s why I initially thought to buy a kit, where I would only be left to work out the routing for the cables.

The ones I’d seen are seperate from the supplied feed, and use there own power source.

Wished I knew more about this sort of thing Scared
