Pack 5Stage 21: The Truss. Stage 21 Contains: Truss left, Truss bottom, Truss front, 3x FP screws, 3x KM screws. Secure the truss front to the front of truss left with two FP screws. Locating the two notches, secure the truss bottom to the truss left with two KM screws. Here you might find that the screws go in better if you 'chase' the threads, i.e screw each one fully home and remove it before assembly, thereby removing any paint that may have gotten into the socket. This completes Stage 21. Store any unused parts in a stage-labelled bag for future use. CaptnBirdseye attached the following image(s):

Stage 22: The Truss (continued). Stage 22 Contains: Truss rear, Truss right, 8x FP screws, 3x KM screws, 3x BM screws ( NOT VM as stated in the build guide ). Retrieving the truss assembly from the previous stage, fix the truss rear to the inside of the truss with two FP screws. Using four FP screws secure the right truss to the rear and front. Fix the right truss to the truss bottom with two KM screws, and place the assembled truss between the frames on the inside of the fuselage top. Aligning the two holes on the truss with the two on the fuselage, fix the truss to the fuselage with two BM screws. This completes Stage 22. Store any unused or leftover parts in a stage-labelled bag for future use. CaptnBirdseye attached the following image(s):

Take the fuselage assembly and landing gears assembled in Stages 17 & 19, and the tail upper fuselage sections from Stages 7 & 9. Connect the rear fuselage frame to the rest of the fuselage assembly and secure with five LM screws. Place the tail upper fuselage section onto the frame and secure in position with eight BM screws. Fit the aft section of the tail upper fuselage section to the frame, securing with thirteen BM screws (leaving 5 spare). Place the mainwheel assemblies into the recesses in the frame, aligning the holes. Raise the wheels for better access, and secure with two MM screws in the rearmost holes, and two FP screws at the front. This completes Stage 23. Store any unused or leftover parts in a stage-labelled bag for future use. CaptnBirdseye attached the following image(s):
