Pack 17 contains parts for stages 63-66

Stage 63

Contents: Brake system control unit, Lambda probe control unit, 55mm tube, 45mm tube, Connectors x 2, Red control unit

Take the Lambda probe control unit and push it onto the two indicated pins on the engine rear. Noting the colour coding on the diagrams connect the two “orange” tubes as shown using a little glue if necessary. Now connect the upper Lambda probe "red" cable to the pin to the right, then connect the lower probe "red" cable to the pin nearer the centre. Moving to the other side of the engine connect the cable on the left side, coloured green on the diagram, followed by the "purple" lambda cables.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 64

Contents: Left tank half

Retrieve the parts from Stage 63 and take the 45mm tube and push it onto the end of the connector. Take the second connector and attach it onto the front peg on the brake system control unit as shown. Fit the connector with the 45mm tube attached to the second peg of the unit as shown. Now retrieve the 55mm tube and the red control unit and push the tube onto the pin of the control unit, securing with glue if necessary.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 65

Contents: Right tank half

Take the two halves of the tank and fit them together.
Now retrieve the brake system control unit and aligning the two posts with holes in the frame, press the control unit into place, using a little glue to secure if needed. Fit the red control unit to the frame, using a little glue if necessary. The end of the tube fits onto the circled pin on the rear of the engine as shown.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 66

Contents: Lower plate, Hose, Hose connector, Front panel, Cap

Align the pins of the front panel with the corresponding holes in the tank and press the panel into place. Repeat this with the lower plate on the bottom of the tank. Press the cap into the hole in the top of the tank and join the connector to the hose. Fit the connector into the hole in the left of the tank, under the cap. If necessary, use a drop of glue to secure.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
