I've tried calling the number for customer service for Australian subscribers and it's no longer in service. I'm resigned to the fact that we have been left high and dry with an incomplete model. So sick of being told for 2 years parts are out of stock. Why don't they just come out and say that the model is discontinued and there will be no further issues.
