Looks a nice kit Phil with a lot of detail in the standard kit, let alone with all of that extra etch and add-ons. Should keep you busy for a good while!

The two hull halves are joined by four cross members each in two halves and each has two nuts inside then two screws, then the hull bottom along the keel has five self tapping screws , all have blanking covers to hide the screw heads i made some from plasti card along the keel for a better fit tigerace attached the following image(s): COMING SOON =1/72 Italeri diorama`s Battle for the Reichstag and Stalingrad battle at the tractor factory 1/16 Trumpeter King Tiger with loads of extras ON THE GO= refurbishment of 1/25 Tamiya tiger 1 , amt Star trek kits and space 1999 models

Looking good Phil. I've always wanted to build one of these. We used to get A5 sized WW2 comic books in South Africa called War Picture Library and I always loved it when a E boat entered the story. Kind regards, Garth "Measure twice, cut once!!!"
