I am currently building my e-type and discovered that the windscreen was not included. I contacted customer services about 6 weeks ago and they said it was out of stock but I have heard nothing further. I have emailed asking for an update but had no reply. Where do I stand if they never provide one? The model is useless without it. I have been checking ebay but to no avail. Does anyone have one I could buy? Or suggest what i might try to get one? Kind regards Stephen

Rest assured, you will be sent one as soon as it comes back in stock. You will not be left in a position of not being able to complete your build. Have also highlighted this to 'admin' for follow up.

Just to keep you up to date with my endeavours I called Modelspace customer services who were easy to contact and very friendly but told me that I had to contact Deagostini. The number I was given rings, is answered and then immediately put down. Tried it a few times over a few days but had the same response. I have emailed their customer service team numerous times but have not a response to my last 3 emails.
