Have you rung customer services? If so what did they say?
I’ve only just got Pack 15, but last two I have come though no problems. If there was a delay you’d have though it was across the board, not just specific issues?

Dear Paul, Thank you for your email, I am sorry about the continued delay with the rossi pack 16, we have just received our first shipment of parts from our Head Office in 5 months and are now expecting to receive the missing packs in the next few weeks but we do not have confirmed delivery dates yet. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.  Unfortunately i can confirm via Customer Services that there is a delivery delay on Pack 16 for the Rossi Build. As Paul points out, there is as yet no eta.  Ummm, what can i build in the mean time

Hi guys, are we all still waiting for pack 16?
I have been in touch with customer services for 3 months now and each time they say I will have it by the end of the month but still nothing.
Are we all in the same boat?

I know, it's not good is it? With every other partwork i've subscribed to they at least have the curtesy to send a covering letter if there were to be delivery issues, but with DA absolutely nothing! When i broached this on my diary, Admin offered to look into this, but so far no reply  Mind you the full kit is showing as ‘out of stock’ so what does that tell you? I don't know about you, but i'm getting withdrawal symptoms
