I’m pretty much done with the X-Wing (just adding additional weathering). It was an easy build compared to R2-D2 and the Falcon.
Only problems are:
1. The body halves before & after the wings have a gap 2. The plastic used feels thin (unlike the Falcon) 3. The USB cable does disconnect the battery power as expected but does nothing else (totally unresponsive to the remote control until the cable is disconnected). I've tried two known good working USB adapters but there's no voltage. Has anybody experienced this? No sure if the socket is bad, circuit board, or if it's a known issue?

Although I haven’t got to the completion stage with official build yet, I am not aware of any issues with circuit board. I have sent your query to one of the other forum support team members who has completed his X-Wing for his comments also. I would just check the circuit board and make sure the cables are fitted in correctly and push in firmly. Regards Mark

Hello everybody, here in Germany we already had the problem that after inserting the switch and the socket of the power supply unit into the outer shell, one or more cables at the soldered points of the switch or the socket due to the shrink tubing you tightened, I don't see this problem immediately. Please check that Greetings Stefan from Germany Sorry for the Bad English Alle Berichte sowie alle Fotos unterliegen dem Urheberrecht. Hi together, just as Stefan has already described. The cable 20 is for the power supply socket and has got 3 pins. One is for your battery pack and one is power line for the USB cable. You had to check this.the one for USB may been pushed out, or broken off. We've had the problem a couple of times. The other Power line seem fine, otherwise nothing would work if you unplug the USB. Check the line 20.
@ Markwarren can you check your Inbox. Stefan and myself wanted to send you a message, seems to be full
