i got my son the caldercraft h.m brig badger for christmas, looking at the brass photo etched parts i saw a set of eyelets. the eyelets are for the guns, and comparing them to the supplied eyelets from deag these are much more to scale. the guns supplied for badger are around the same size as we are using on victory, so i was able to compare like for like size wise, and these ones really do look better than the ones supplied. you can get them from cmb, from the link. http://www.cornwallmodel...g/caldercraft83505.html

hi saint,thanks for that info,this was discussed at length for the first issue no.1 when the first canon was supplied,and many of us purchased these eyelets,and are still visible on my canons.they are indeed more to scale.and look the part.well done for bringing this to the attention of the newer builder.
