Hi everybody, I'm hoping someone is able to help. I've not received any packs for my bike build for months. The last pack I received was pack 18.
I have contacted DeAgostini using the contact form but had no reply.
Has there been delays due to covid? It must be at least 6 months since my last pack, I believe I should have completed my build in September.
Thanks for any info anyone can provide.

Sorry for your delays but yes, Covid has caused disruption with most kits.
Things are picking up again and you will get your parts.
Drop a PM to 'Admin' on this forum.
They will look into it.

Well I think someone is not telling the truth. I hate being lied to.
1) Model Space UK has been telling me since July 2021 the reason for not sending out subscriptions is DeAgostini can not take payments and have put in place a new system and will contact me for payment instructions. had about 10 emails from them telling me this and nothing 6 months down the line.
2) DeAostini say there is nothing wrong with the payment system and it works fine. I need to contact Model Space UK.
I think it is disgusting that they have all our money and we can not finish our models.
