Ok, before I start, full disclosure. I was sent this stand free of charge for evaluation purposes and review.
You've probably seen me adding links to these guys before. They are Partworkupgrades, and make various 3D upgrades, fixes and add-ons for DeAgostini Rossi Bike, Hachette Spitfire, T800 terminator and Battleship Bismarck, and Eaglemoss Ghostbuster Ectomobile.

Ian was kind enough to send me this review sample, welcoming the feedback.
When it arrived, i was surprised how small the package seemed. The box is literally 25cm x 20cm x 5cm deep. It all becomes clear when you open the box.
Inside is a modular collection of: 6x base supports, and 5x upright supports.
The base supports slot together to form each side piece. They have a 3mm foam strip on one side, and slots to mount the uprights on the other. These are a very tight fit, but with a bit of persuasion they seat home well enough.
The 5 uprights can be mounted in any of the slots as needed. They too have a 3mm foam strip on top to cushion the model and avoid damage to the paintwork/canopy.
On the whole, I found this build cradle very adaptable and useful.
Is it something i can see myself using going forward - yes, definitely.
Could you build something similar yourself? Again yes, but at £16.99 would you bother when someone has done all the work for you?
Here is the link to the cradle, so you can judge for yourselves.
