Pack 9 stages 41-45

Stage 41; Center console

The handbrake lever, 41c, fits thru the slot upper center console. Fit the upper console to the lower center console 41B. Secure with 3CP screws from underneath. Slide the completed center console onto the floor pan between the seat belt holders. Flip the assembly over and secure with 2CP screws. The two screws go into tall, thin posts, don’t overtighten. Moving on to the Caravan side. The reflectors are loose in the holes, do one at a time. Insert the reflector and secure with an EP screw. Repeat the operation for the other reflector.

Stage 42; Gear lever

The screw bags are loose in the blister bag, and there are small fly away parts in the blister, open carefully. Assemble the gear shift as shown. Mount thru the underside with the lever base bracket, 42C. Secure with 2CP screws. Place the heater lever into its location. Press into place carefully. Back to the Caravan side. I checked and cleaned the window before installing with 4EP screws.

Stage 43; Left rear interior side

Place the left interior side as shown and secure with 2IP screws. Back to the Caravan side. The reflectors, 43B, have sprue tags on them. Note: This part goes in as a press fit, so the sprue tags need to be removed. I did this with a hobby knife and fingernail file. When smooth, press into place.

Stage 44; Right rear interior side

Place and install same as the other side with 2IP screws.

Stage 45; Rear seat

The black foam goes under the tabs on the seat. The seat bottom goes in the same way and is secured with 6FP screws. Place the seat on the floor between the two sides, Flip the assembly over and secure the seat to the floor pan with 2IP screws. Back to the Caravan side. Place the door vent in its location and secure with 4BP screws. Pack 9 is completed.
