Pack 10 Stages 46-50 (Short, and sweet!)

Stage 46 ; Rear seat back

In the first step, put the sponge pad into the seat back. Work the seat back base under the tabs of the rear seat. Secure with 12FP screws. Put the rear seat back into position and attach to the floor pan with 2IP screws. Build the Caravan door lockset. Only tighten the AP screws enough so the lockset will slide freely.

Stage 47; Left front seat base

Attach the left side frame to the base with 2AM screws. Do the same for the right side frame.
The Caravan door hinges are not the same. The long hinge goes on the top of the door with 3HP screws. Mount the short hinge to the door and insert the spring. Put aside until later.

Stage 48; Left front seat

Mount the seat frame to the seat base with 2CP screws. It might help to mount the rear of the frame first. Once the screw in the back is set, pry the front of the frame into the rimmed hole, then set the frame with the other screw. Place the foam sponge on the seat base, the work the seat cover onto the seat base. Secure with 4CP screws. Place the inside door of the Caravan door in position and secure with 2FP screws.

Stage 49 ; Left front seat

Place the seat base frame onto the side frames and secure with 2NM screws. The seat base frame should fip up about 30 degrees. Attach the door vent to the door with 4BP screws. Attach the door to the side wall of the trailer with 2HP screws per hinge. The leftover parts will be used in the next step

Stage 50; Left front seat back

Attach the seat back mounts to the seat back with 2IP screws. Slide the seat back onto the seat base. Raise the sides of the seat to expose the screw hole on each side. Secure with OM screw on each side. Secure the seat to the floor pan with 2PM screws.
