Well, here's the old girl completed. It was fun rescuing the sorry wreck I started out with. I didn't use any new or replacement parts and just did my best to repair the broken parts. The very few missing parts were copied by me in resin. I did add a lot of missing details, used real wood on the floor and dash and printed my own replacement decals. On to the next project... roymattblack attached the following image(s):

Brilliant job there Roy. Beautifully restored . I'm so impressed by the skill ( and speed ) that you have with these builds. The pictures taken outside look great. Well done. !! Malc.

Very kind of you chaps. I must admit I enjoy getting a box of rubbish and trying to make something reasonable from it. I have a couple of Tamiya 1/12 'scrappers' that I need to look at.

Great build, I am glad you got to rescue it from the stash and it didn't end up in the bin. Best Regards, Ron

Hi Roy, You’ve done a marvellous job on this kit it’s been a pleasure following this build. Also it’s real credit to you skills as a modeller. I particularly like the third picture the way it’s been taken it looks like it’s sat in your drive. Marvellous stuff, this belongs in the best of the best in my humble opinion. Regards Glenn
