What happened to the logos on the harness that goes over the spare wheel?

Strange. Can't be a licensing problem as it's the same logo on the seat belts.
What pack are those parts in?

Pack 14. I dont know if the part is wrong or they just changed it? It's also too long on 2 legs and loose and floppy
