Greetings and felicitations,
Do any of you good folk know, or even hazzard a guess...
as to the supposed manufacturer of the brake calipers on the kit?
Reason I ask is that I, like many of you, would like to add additional detailing, such as brake lines to the model and knowing the maker of caliper takes the guess-work out of where to put said brake lines.
Calipers on the kit don't seem to match any type I've found on google...

Brake calipers are manufactured by willwood
For better quality images take a look at either
Shelby American black gt40 limited edition
or
Superformance gulf coloured gt40

Car 6 apparently used Girling CR and BR calipers. A friend of mine owns an original GT40 and is a mine of information. Hope it helps.

Thanks folks.
Kit's calipers bear no resemblance to either Wilwood or Girling calipers.
Think I'm gonna plump for the Girling CR's. I've seen loads of pictures of gt40's with solid discs and the CR's fitted, (just not sure if slotted discs had 'em).
I'm doing the Agora Cobra as well and it's got CR's fitted.
