Anyone dealing with a delayed subscription? Going on a 6-month wait for R2D2 pack 10. Called several times and all I'm told is it's back-ordered.

I also haven’t received a new pack since November…would love an update!!!

The only change since contacting customer service is that I now get the random email about once a month stating it is backordered with no ETA. Last shipment was Jan 2021.
