I have been waiting for over 18 months for replacement parts for the VW Beetle, I was told a few months ago they would be sent out and nothing. Now I have tried 3 times in the last few weeks to email Customer No-Service and gotten no replies. I have gotten all the shipments so they have all their money from me. I thought for all that money, I would get better service than this.
