Pack 23, Stages 101-105

Stage 101, The trunk panels

Parts 101A and B close off the truck area of the car.. The two are joined with CP screws. After assembly, put the parts onto the 3 post holes and secure with CM screws.

Stage 102, The rear bumper and license plate

Attach the license plate to the rear bumper with AP screws. Check the bumper for any production or shipping marks and polish out with a soft cloth. Mount the five holes on the bumper into the bumper backing plate. Secure the bumper with AP screws. There are two bumper guides,102C and D, set them aside until later.

Stage 103, The reverse lights and rear panel

Insert the reverse light frames into the rear panel, add the clear lenses. Cover the lights with parts 103B and C, secure with CM screws. Place the completed rear panel behind the license plate, slip into place and secure with AM screws.

Stage 104, Installing the rear wheel wells

Two wheel wells, four screws. Notice the location of the tabs on the wheel wells. They position to the inside and rear. The wheel wells will settle into place with a slight front to back motion. Secure with FM screws.

Stage 105, Spare wheel carrier

Put the spare tire rod, 105C, thru the slot in the carrier, 105B. Mount the rod and carrier to the floor panel as shown and secure with MP screws.
