I’ve had a issue for a while now and seem to be no closer to a resolution.

I’m currently on issue 96 yet my build is in bits as the electrics no longer work on the build. What started out as one wire falling apart led to another 3 including the power switch. I emailed customer services at Deagostini 3 weeks ago.

No joy it seems from customer services. As I’m not a subscriber, they won’t help. Really not happy about this. 3 wires and power switch fall to pieces and their suggestion is to order the magazines again.

I’m actually gutted. My 6 year old and me have been having fun making this. He gets so excited each week when I pick up the issues and he’s going to be disappointed that it won’t work now.

Is there any way I can get replacement wires without having to buy the magazines again?
