Morning, Has anybody taken a look at the new D/A website as it makes interesting reading as most of the models seem to have disappeared! Could of course be a work in progress but still seems odd to me that you produce a new looking site and yet a lot seems missing.

Actually, i quite like the look of the new website, should make finding what you need a bit more straight forward. All the build guides in one place makes sense to me too. Just needs populating with available stock!

Yes, it is a work in progress. Still quite a bit to add. Hopefully when it's fully sorted, there will be a good few happy people...

Well, although i liked the look of the new website, it DID look a bit....sparse? Just had a look now and it seems to be filling out a bit, with new? kits added. I quite like it

I'm sure more will be added as time goes on. Quite a few have been added already, as more launches become available the page will be updated to reflect this.

Just had occassion to use the new website. Obviously it is in the process of being re-populated, but i do like the new account section, where you can see what has been ordered, when dispatched etc (yes we have been asking for this for years-now its here and looks good )
I rather like the idea that you can download the build instructions from within your account page, and i see there is a link to the build tutorials too! Ok this has yet to be populated, so a work in progress, but just wanted to say 'Well done'.

Seems like the UK website is busted currently. Tried checking out with a few different products, it gets to the checkout page and you can see the first bit of info, then the page goes blank and the only thing visible is the cookies icon on the bottom left and the help icon on the bottom right.

The US website is still the old one, I think...with very few products. Does anyone know when the products on the UK site will be available in the US again?

I've been asking that for over a year now, with no result. With the endless posts I've seen by people missing shipments, or finding it impossible to contact the company, I think this company might be circling the drain.

Folks, It appears that the Model Space USA website now has only one kit available (other than accessories, etc), and even it is listed as "limited stock."
Some of the other county sites have items. Do we know if Model Space USA is going away? It looks like stock is being sold off.
Thanks, Matt

I posted about this in another thread, but I emailed them about a kit and if it would be back in stock. They said it wouldn't, but they were evaluating whether to do a completely new website for US customers, and if so, reevaluate what products they carry at that time. So we could be in store for someone completely new, with new products and old products returning. On the other hand, they made it sound like nothing was set in stone yet, so they may just decide that having a US division of the company isn't worth whatever sales they were pulling in, along with the hassles and vagaries of international monthly shipping.

It appears the USA website is back, thought there aren't any car models in stock.

I talked to Model Space USA a few days ago, and I got the same impression that was mentioned above...that they are selling off remaining inventory on the website and then maybe there will be a new owner, or not... I asked them to "buy-out" the remaining issues of my Jaguar kit as soon as they are in stock as I am nervous about availability in the longer term. I hope they come in-stock soon enough.

I can, with absolute certainty, unequivocally state that there WILL NOT be a “new owner.” ModelSpace is going away, with the kits on offer being phased out, sent over to DeAgostini.com, or gone to FanHome. (The AT-AT is on deck) ModelSpace is doing everything possible to complete existing subscriptions. I’d highly recommend taking advantage of the offers you-all received. Thread locked. Best, Mark
