This is NOT a moan/gripe. Working on the saying "if you don't know its broke you cant fix it".
I have been looking at the download for the 3D printer and have come across two issues.
1) The assembly guides will open with adobe, but I have to select adobe from a dropdown of potential applications each time I view the file as they are not in pdf format.

2) the template downloads will not open, I get the following message as shown in the attached picture

The new site seems to have some bugs. I can’t even SEE it. And that’s across all my devices, including my laptop.

Check your in box, the picture is attached to the email. I have found a work around for the downloads not being in PDF format. If you view the download with adobe you can then save it in a PDF format. This also gives you the opportunity to name the file rather than just the number of the download. Much more useful.
