Spent a couple of days sorting out my version of the bundle of snakes.
There are as many ways to do this as there are modelers willing to try.

Did you modify your pipe lengths for the #3 and #6 to crossover?

Yes,

Exhaust 2,3,6,7 (see attached diagram) cross over to the opposite collector.

The dimension between the original location and the new was 9mm for me.

I 3d printed some 9mm long X 6.731 dia (.265 in) spacers, some .265 dia 90 deg elbows, and crossed my fingers. Blink

Exhausts 1,4,5,8 are not modified.
The only issue is the space between the Carb heat shield and the collector position, not a lot of room there.

Looking really nice
i will be getting a company to custom make a
full set of snakes x 8
2 x silencers
heat shield for silencers
2 x new set of tail pipes

for my FORD GT40

in regards to deagostini exhaust system, i am highly disappointed
as this is a major feature on the GT40

kind regards

Thank you for the kind comments,

They mean quite a bit coming from the more experienced.

Not to worry Modelers,

There is plenty of room between the Exhaust Pipes and the Rear Sway Bar for mods.
