Model Space UK has been spinning a story since July about a payment system not working. I work for a Global IT company can help with a solution. I also received packs through covid without any issues, from March 2020 to July 21. What I don't get is why do you carry on telling a story that the issue will be fixed next week, or it is sitting with DeAgostini Head Office. There is also a lack of ownership, saying Head Office is dealing with it and will send out emails..... nothing has been sent! The service was great for my first 17 packs, but since JULY NOT EXISTENT! I have to call or email to get any information, which is pretty much a waste of money or time! Can you please shine up and either find a solution, contact me if you need help with a Solution Architect in the IT space
If anyone does happen to know senior management in either of these companies, send me a message. Whenever I ask I get ignored.
What I can say is, MODEL SPACE UK, I am disappointed!
