I have sent at least 2 emails regarding replacing a part in Phase 54, Pack 07 for the Ferrari 312T4 with no response. I ordered another Phase a month or so ago with no problems I even used their updated customer service email customer.service@deagostini.co.uk

I have read many complaints about contacting Customer Service. I am in the U.S. and have had excellent response form CS. They have responded within a day and followed through with their actions. I have simply filled out the contact form. Maybe the key is to contact the U.S. office if you are in the U.S.

Give the US CS number a call, and you’ll get taken care of. Mark
