In theory, yes. But, it is more accurately the 15th set of parts of your 24 parts set build.

Hope this helps, for me I picked the one year plan. I received 2 packs a month each pack contains 4 issues. So at pack 15 I would of received 60 issues. Good news is I received pack 16 2 weeks ago.
