Once the delay in receiving parts for the GT40 was resolved I made a decision to cut my losses and not continue with the subscription, partly due to health issues that occurred during the delay, but mainly for other more commercial reasons.

So I have Issues 1 and 2 open with all parts in a plastic box , not assembled just looked at, and issues 3 thru 7 as delivered still in the original cardboard box.

so the question is ... am I allowed to offer these for sale on this forum to try and recover some of my £300 ?

Hi Colin, BigGrin

Direct selling via the forum is a definite NO NO, but should you sell the parts via the likes of ebay you should be Ok to post a link to your sale on this forum.

The reason for this is that the likes of ebay have a problem resolution service if any issues arise, where this forum does not. We are therefore not allowing direct sales.
